Point Impossible - Media coverage

Hi,

Following the press release about Clean Up Australia Day, I have been
contacted by an Environmental Reporter at a Melbourne Metro newspaper
interested in running a story,

BUT,

they want to take pics of nudists picking up rubbish on the beach in
the next couple of days, so they can run the story pre-event.

Obviously the pics would be discrete, and I'm sure faces could be
turned away from the camera.

Logistics prevent me from participating (and I've already had by
backside in several newspapers in the last few months) - is anybody
else interested in taking part in this - probably about Wednesday?

If so, please send me an email:

rob@fbanavic.org

and I'll hook you up with the journo.

Thanks,

I stand corrected. The Independent for some reason decided to help us despite Marsketa's outburst in which she implied one of the Independent journalists was a gay cruiser - not that there's anything wrong with that (actually it's against the law so yes there is). Maybe if we keep slagging them off they'll join us.

It is a public beach and clothing optional.
Everybody is welcome and encouraged to enjoy this beautiful piece of natural coastline, and to show respect and consideration for the environment and other beach users.
